PBM motif for STP2 (800) correlates with ChIP-chip and expression data. ChIP-chip motif for STP1 (660) most strongly resembles motif 800, and scores highly on ChIP-chip data. In addition, these motifs resemble halfmers of literature-derived binding sites.
