However, the proteins do bend the DNA when they bind, and so may have some level of sequence specificity. Essentially similar motifs were obtained for the two different proteins (in the same study) and the PBM motif for Nhp6A has a good correspondence to ChIP-chip data. Give both Medium confidence.
